Paul Forrest is Tor’s Principal Advisor and the driving force behind the company’s success. As General Manager with Linn Products, he was instrumental in seeing the company’s turnover grow from £3m to £16m. He applies his sound understanding of operational and strategic management skills to achieve significant and profit-generating change through a range of methodologies.
Tor can also deploy a trusted network of affiliates, and because any affiliate consultants we decide to work with, are independent, we keep overheads down. We undertake assignments large and small ranging from a few sessions to longer term projects on a retainer basis. Our client base includes family businesses, those that are owner-managed, and dynamic independent companies from start up to £20m turnover.
